FLEX TPO INSIDE/OUTSIDE CORNERS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Flex TPO Inside/Outside Comers are pre-molded and are used for flashing inside/outside corners on a
variety of details. Installation is fast and easy with no cutting or stretching required.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
INSTALLATION
1. Begin welding at the innermost corner point and work away from the corner.
2. Use a lower temperature setting on the heat welder than when welding reinforced TPO membrane.
(Typically a setting of “6” on a scale of “10” is appropriate for welding Flex TPO Inside/Outside
Corners).
3. Use the edge of the roller to crease the corner flashing into any membrane step-off to create a proper
seal.
CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Store Flex TPO Inside/Outside Corners in a cool, shaded area and cover with light-colored, breathable,
waterproof tarpaulins. Flex TPO Inside/Outside Corners or TPO membrane that has been exposed to the
weather for approximately 7 days or longer prior to use must be prepared with Flex Weathered Membrane
Cleaner prior to hot air welding.
