SPILLS: Contain spill  if  safe  to  do so. Prevent entry into drains,  sewers,  and  other  waterways. Soak up  with a 
non-
combustible  absorbent  material  and  place  in  an  appropriate  container  for  disposal.  Dispose  of  in 
accordance  with
applicable Federal, State, and local procedures (see Section 13, Disposal Considerations).
