Chapter 4. Connecting the Power System
The RadioRouter BaseStation Indoor Cabinet requires a connection to DC power. This chapter
contains procedures for routing the power cables and connecting to power and ground.
WARNING:
WHEN PERFORMING ANY TASKS INVOLVING THE POWER SYSTEMS,
MAKE SURE THAT THE POWER IS NOT LIVE. A LL POWER OPERATIONS
SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL ONLY.
4.1. Routing the Cables
Cables are routed from the top of the c abinet either through the cable access opening or through
one of the cable entry ports.
The cabl e access opening is located across the top of the cabinet as shown in Figure 4.1 Cable
Access Plate on Top of Cabinet.
