Please note:
Depending on how often you use your pressure cooker, you should replace the rubber gasket, the O-
ring for the valve base of the main control valve, and the O-ring for the Euromatic every 1-2 years.
In case of damage (tears or cracks, deformation on the edge, hardening or discoloration), these parts
should be replaced immediately. Failure to do so may affect proper functioning and safety.
