Processing:
Processing conditions are normal ambient conditions, i.e. room temperature approx.
21°C and relative humidity of approx. 40-50%.
Mixture ratio of Part A to Part B is 1:1 parts by volume
The mixture of Part A and Part B is performed by means of a static mixing tube.
Quantities portioned from small containers are mixed manually.
Surfaces of the parts to be glued should be free of oxide, dust and grease.
Clean the surfaces with solvents (e.g. acetone, thinner, trichloroethylene etc.).
Alcohols are not suitable for cleaning!
Roughened surfaces improve the adhesive effects of the glue.
Apply glue to both surfaces that are to be connected and join them together.
Processing time is approx. 30 minutes (so-called working life or pot life).
Storage and lifespan:
Storage stability: 12 months at 25°C/50% relative h umidity in the original unopened
package.
Frost exposure is to be avoided!
Thermal engineering:
The thermal resistance of the adhesive film can be calculated in accordance with the
following formula:
R
w
: Thermal resistance in °C/W
p : Specific R
W
= 118°C × cm/W
t : Film thickness in cm
A : Surface area of film in cm

The aforementioned specifications are only intended as general references. The mentioned attributes and
performance characteristics are approximate values, which are not a part of the product specification. Due to the
users’ respective processing and application conditions, which lie beyond our influence, as well as the wide variety of
materials that may be used, we recommend that the user should perform a sufficient number of own tests before using
the product. Thus, the guideline specifications and references in this data sheet do not indicate that responsibility is
accepted for concrete application results.
With the release of this issue, all previously released technical data sheets lose their validity.
