System Upgrade
This section provides some steps in doing system upgrade for your Mini-note.
The upgrade procedures include the following:
 Before installing or replacing memory module, be sure to turn off power,
remove battery pack and prohibit any hot plug.
7.1 Memory Upgrade
Your Mini-note offers 200-pin SODIMM (Small Outline Dual Inline Memory
Module) at least 512MB DDR-SDRAM. The memory compartment is located
inside your computer.
 Please contact dealer for changing or adding DDR2-SDRAM module. It is
not available for users to change it by themselves.
INSTALLING MEMORY MODULE
Your computer comes with standard 512MB or 1024MB of synchronous
DDR2 SO-DIMM.
The 512MB and 1024MB memory modules are available:
To install the memory module:
1. Make sure the system is powered off, the battery also is removed and that
no peripheral devices are attached.
2. Turn the computer upside-down and locate the screws that secure the
back cover at the underside of the notebook.
