LEFT UPPER
BRACKET
AIR SPRING
3/8” - 16
FLANGE NUT
ELBOW AIR FITTING
Tighten until
threadlock coating
is fully engaged.
Fitting should point
toward inside of Upper
Bracket to allow access
for Air Line Tube.
3/8” - 16 x 3/4”
FLAT HEAD BOLT
Hand-tighten
only at this stage.
NOTE: The curved
part of the Lower
Bracket orients
to the rear
of the vehicle.
RIGHT UPPER
BRACKET
3/8” - 16

PRE-ASSEMBLE AIR SPRING AND BRACKETS

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE BOLT AT THIS
STAGE. TORQUE TO SPEC IN STEP 8.

Fasten Upper Bracket
to Air Spring, as shown.

Fasten the Lower Bracket to
the Air Spring, hand-tighten
only at this step.

Note that the Air Fitting
should be pointing to the
inside of the Upper Bracket.
