ITEM 61490, CAST ALUMINUM BISTRO SET GENERAL INFORMATION: Your new Bistro Set is made from the finest materials available. It should provide many years of enjoyment with minimal care. Keep your Bistro Set clean and apply a coat of wax a few times a year. For best results, clean the Bistro Set with warm soapy water and use an outdoor furniture wax. If you use furniture covers, always make sure the Bistro Set is clean and completely dry before covering as mold may form in dark, wet places.

ITEM 61490, CAST ALUMINUM BISTRO SET ASSEMBLY TABLE 1. Lay the Table Top (A) and Leg Support (C) upside down on a clean, soft, level surface 2. Affix 4 - pcs. of 8*34 Studs (D) onto the Table Top (A). Then attach 8 - pcs of 6*30 Bolts (H) onto the Leg Support (C). (See Fig.1) 3. Fit the 4 - pcs of Legs (B) over the Studs (D) and secure in position using 4 - pcs. Large Washers (E), 4 - pcs. Large Spring Washers (F) and 4 - pcs. Large Nuts (G). DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. (See Fig.

ITEM 61490, CAST ALUMINUM BISTRO SET ASSEMBLY (cont) 4. Attach the Leg Support (C) to the Legs (B) using 8 - pcs. Small Washers (I), 8 - pcs. Small Spring Washers (J), and 8 - pcs. Small Nuts (K). DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. (See Fig.3) ASSEMBLY CHAIRS 5. Attach the Chair Back (A) to the Seat (B) by inserting the pre-installed studs on the Chair Back into the two holes on the Seat. Secure with 2 - pcs. Washers (D), 2 - pcs. Spring Washers (E) and 2 - pcs. Nuts (F). (See Fig.

Attach the Chair Legs (C) to the Seat (B) by inserting the pre-installed studs into the two holes located on the top of each Chair Leg (HINT: It is easier to begin with the REAR legs and then attach the FRONT legs.) . Secure each leg with 2 - pcs. Washers (D), 2 - pcs. Spring Washers (E) and 2 - pcs. Nuts (F). (See Fig.2) DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. 7. Tighten ALL nuts on table and chairs.
