Warranty

24VIK and 3V Systems are warranted for (2) year. As part of the one year warranty, in the event a system has to be
replaced due to a defect/malfunction of the system, Warming Trends will replace the system free of charge. This warranty
does not cover the cost of labor or shipping. Problems in the functioning of the systems due to gas plumbing or electrical
installed by others are not covered under this warranty. Warming Trends is not responsible for the cost of labor or shipping
incurred for replacing a system.
Any statement or representation of any Warming Trends product and its performance contained in Warming Trends
advertising, packaging literature, or other printed material is not part of this limited warranty. No dealer, distributor, or
other person has the authority to represent or warrant a Warming Trends product beyond the terms contained within this
warranty, and Warming Trends assumes no liability for such warranty representations. Any questions concerning this
warranty should be directed to the Warming Trends corporate office.
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty supplied by Warming Trends, the manufacturer of the unit. All other warranties,
whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed and purchaser’s recourse is expressly limited to the
warranties set forth herein.
