Warming Trends - LIMITED WARRANTY on Brass Burners
Warming Trends, LLC (Warming Trends), the manufacturer, warrants its products (units), including paint, electrical
components, switches, igniter, logs, moving parts and gas valves, to be free from defective material and workmanship for
the period of time indicated below for each product line. The respective warranty time periods are effective from the
original date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is excluded if the product is used for
commercial purposes. Warming Trends agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective product if returned to
Warming Trends within the warranty period with proof of purchase. This does not include additional charges or costs
associated with a service call. Costs associated with service should be verified with local dealers.
Exclusions to this limited warranty include bodily injury malfunction to the product, loss, damage, defect, failure to function
due to accident, negligence, misuse, improper installation, alteration or adjustment of the manufacturer’s settings of
components, lack of proper & regular maintenance, damage incurred while the unit is in transit, alteration, or acts of
nature including flooding. This warranty excludes damage caused by natural wear and tear, such as discoloration or
chipping, worn or torn gaskets, eroded or cracked logs or embers. Also excluded is damage to the unit caused by drilling of
the orifices, or the use of fuel other than that indicated on the gas control valve (natural gas or liquid propane.) Damage
caused by scratches, items melted to the unit, or other external sources left on the surface or from the use of cleaners are
not covered in this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any units altered or repaired for defect by anyone other
than Warming Trends or an approved sub-contractor.
To prevent flooding or other damage that could void this limited warranty, it is recommended that all fire pit burners are
covered when not in use. In addition, this warranty is automatically void if the unit’s serial number has been removed or
altered in any way.
Warming Trends is free of liability for any damages caused by the unit, as well as inconvenience expenses, material or
labor charges incurred by the removal or re-installation of any unit. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered
by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any loss or damage incurred by the use or removal of any component or apparatus to or
from the hearth unit without the express written consent of Warming Trends.
RETURNS
All orders from Warming Trends may be returned within (30) days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange all or
part of an order (under the warranty guidelines specified below), you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#). Contact a Warming Trends representative at the corporate office to obtain an RMA#.
All returned merchandise must have the RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be
made within (30) days of the product receipt date. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be
refunded. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. At its discretion, Warming Trends may levee a
restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.
Warming Trends is not responsible for damage on returned items, and they should be packaged carefully. It is
recommended that return items are shipped via a delivery service that can be tracked and/or insured to confirm receipt.
