3.6 ABNORMALITY SIGNALLING
The controller is capable to recognise certain types of abnormities of the drying circuit. In case of this occurrence, an
alarm message will blink on the display, alternated with the current dew – point value.
MESSAGE (BLINKING) CAUSE
HtA
Dew - point > (E1 + E6) for a time equal to the E7 preset value
LtA
Dew - point < (E1 - E38) for a time equal to the E7 preset value
PF1
Interruption or short circuit on the PTC probe input line
All alarm messages disappear immediately when the relevant cause ceases, except the PF1 message, which,
in addition, requires to cycle ON/OFF the machine by means of the mains knife switch.
PF1 has priority over all other messages.

4. MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING AND DISMANTLING
4.1 MAINTENANCE
Before attempt any maintenance operation, make sure that
1. No parts of the system is under pressure.
2. No parts of the system is electrically powered.
WEEKLY OR EVERY 40 HOURS OF OPERATION
Verify that the temperature indicator on the display of the control panel is positioned within the
green section (dew point about 3°C).
Check visually for proper and regular operation of the condensate drainage.
MONTHLY OR EVERY 200 HOURS OF OPERATION
Clean the condenser with a compressed air jet, taking care not to damage the aluminium wings of
the cooling battery.
Clean the pre-filter of the condensate drainage system to remove eventual impurities present on
the internal mesh. Be extremely careful during reassembling (se figure below)
At the end of these operations, check the dryer for proper operation.
YEARLY OR EVERY 2000 HOURS OF OPERATION
Clean the condenser with a compressed air jet and wash the winged assembly with running water,
operating carefully not to damage it, in order to remove eventual scaling or deposits.
Check for damages the flexible condensate drainage hose, and replace it if necessary.
Check for proper tightness and stability all the connecting tubing.
At the end of the over listed operations, check the dryer for proper operation
