CONTINUING GUARANTEE STATEMENT

The undersigned Seller agrees to the following in the course of business with (Buyer):

Fineline Settings

All of Fineline Settings’ products contained in each shipment or delivery hereafter is guaranteed to be:

Not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act,

and not an article which may not, under the provisions of Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be

introduced into interstate commerce; not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of any state or

municipal ordinance in which the denition of adulteration or misbranding is substantially the same

as that used in said Act to the extent that said Act or any such law or ordinance is the eective and

applicable, and not an article which cannot be legally transported or sold under the provision of any

applicable state or local law.

All products are made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and are monitored under the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control

Program (HACCP). All procedures that provide for food safety and food protection are currently in

place and will continue to be reviewed, audited, and updated for adequacy.
