PARTS COMPONENTS AND HARDWARE A B During unpacking the product and prior to installation inspect your new product for any damages or missing parts. Do not attempt to install or operate the product if the product is damaged.
1 ATTACHING THE BASE Attach the base to the floor of the shower area.
2 PREPARING THE FIRST FIXED GLASS PANEL 2.1 Attach the plastic seal (D) to a side of the fixed glass panels (E, P), as shown. 2.2 Attach the joints (C) to one side of the panel (over the seal), using screws included with the joints. C A D E P F 2.1 2.
3 ATTACHING THE FIXED PANELS 3.1 Use a pencil to mark the screw points in the wall, based on the location of the joints (C). 3.2 Use a size 6 drill bit and insert the wall anchors (A) at the drilled points. 3.3 Attach the joints to the wall with screws (F), using a screwdriver. 3.4 Attach the joints (C) to the fixed panel (E, P) using screws included with the joints. 3/4 " " 3/4 3.2 3.1 C 3.3 3.
4 ATTACHING THE SUPPORT ARM support arm (B) 4.1 Use a pencil to mark the screw points for the support arm (B) on the wall. Use a size 6 drill bit to drill holes at the marked points. B B 4.2 Insert the wall anchors (A) into the holes in the wall. 4.3 Attach one end of the support arm (B) to the wall, using screws (F). 4.4 Attach the other end of the support arm (B) to the fixed panels (C, P) using screws included with the door stop. 5 ATTACHING THE DOOR HINGES 5.1 Attach the door hinges (G) to the fixed glass (E) panel using screws included with the door hinges. 5.
6 ATTACHING THE GLASSTO-GLASS HINGE 6.1 Use a pencil to mark the points where the screws for the bottom hinge (K) will be drilled. 6.2 Use a size Ø6 drill bit to drill holes at the marked points to insert the screws. 6.3 Inset plastic anchor (A) and attach the glass-to-glass bottom hinge (K) to the first fixed panel (E, P) using screws (J) over threshold (M). 6.4 Follow the same steps as above for the 2nd bottom hinge as shown. 6.1 P 6.2 6 6.3 A K K M 6.
7 ATTACHING THE GLASS DOOR JOINTS 7.1 Attach the door (N) to the joints of the fixed glass panel (E) using screws included with the joints. 7.2 Affix plastic seals (I) to the bottom and lengths of the glass door (N). 7.3 Affix plastic seals (O) to the bottom and lengths of the glass door (N) and fixed panel (P). 7.4 Affix plastic seals (L) to the bottom and lengths of the glass door (N). 7.2 7.1 7.3 7.
8 ATTACHING THE DOOR HANDLES 8.1 Attach the shorter door handle (H) vertically to the outer side of the glass door using screws included with the handles. Attach the larger door handle (H) vertically to the inner side of the glass door using screws included with the handles. 8.
9 SECURING THE GLASS DOOR Secure the screws on the glass door with the Allen key.
10 COMPLETING THE ASSEMBLY Secure the seals, panels, and door with caulking gun and high-quality silicone or bathroom grade caulk. 8.
11 DRYING THE DOOR AND PANELS Leave the shower unused for 24 hours, so that it can dry completely.
