IMPORTANT! THE CLEAR GLASS MODEL HAS A REVERSIBLE DOOR AND CAN BE INSTALLED TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE. B Select two points that are of equal distance from the wall and mark them with a pencil on the floor (or shower base).
2 INSTALLING THE DOOR BOTTOM GUIDE AND THE PANEL CLIP 2.1 Use a size 6 drill bit to drill holes at the marked points on the floor. 2.2 Insert the wall anchors (N) into the drilled holes. (Light tapping with mallet may be necessary) 2.3 Holding the door bottom guide (O) and fixed panel clip (M) on the floor, secure them to the floor with screws (L), using a screwdriver. 2.1 2.2 2.
3 3.1 ALLEN KEY PREPARING THE SLIDE BAR 3 3/8" 3.1 Insert holders (H) into the slide bar (C), using set screws and the Allen key. One holder should be at a distance of 4 cm (about 1 9/16” inches) from the edge, and the other at a distance of 3 cm (about 1 1/16” inches) from the edge. 4 1/2" C H 3.2 3.2 Once the holders are attached, press the stoppers (F) into the slide bar and remove screws, as shown in the diagram. F 3.3 3.3 Insert the wall mount brackets (B) to both ends of the slide bar.
4 F PREPARING THE FIXED GLASS PANEL Attach the slide bar to the fixed glass panel as shown (F). J 4.1 4.1 Attach the plastic seal strips (G, K) to the fixed glass panel on both sides. If the seal strip is longer than the side of the panel, cut off the extra length at the top.
5 ATTACHING THE SLIDE BAR TO THE WALL 5.1 Use a pencil to mark the points on both sides where the slide bar will be attached to the wall. 5.2 Use a size 8 drill bit to drill holes at the marked points. 5.3 Insert wall anchors (A) into the drilled points on the wall. (Light tapping with mallet may be necessary) 5.4 Holding the fixed glass panel on the fixed bottom guide, insert screws (I) into the wall anchors. 5.5 Press the slide bar into the holes and secure it with the Allen key. 5.1 J 5.2 5.3 5.
6 PREPARING THE SLIDING GLASS PANEL A Attach the rolling wheels (E) to the sliding glass panel at the pre-drilled points in the panel, using screws included on rolling wheels. B Attach the door handle (R) at the marked points, using screws included with the handle. C Attach the plastic seals(G) and (K) to both sides of the sliding panel.
7 ATTACHING THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR 7.1 Attach the sliding glass door to the part of the door bottom guide that isn’t used by the fixed glass panel. 7.2 Mount the sliding glass door on the slide bar, using the upper rolling wheels. 7.3 Attach the lower rolling wheels to the sliding glass panel at the marked points, using screws included with the rolling wheels. 7.4 Tighten the screws with the Allen key. 7.1 7.2 7.3 10 7.
8 FITTING THE SLIDING PANEL 8.1 Attach the door threshold (P, Q) to the bottom of the sliding glass panel. 8.1 P Q 9 SECURING THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR Secure the sliding glass, using a caulking gun and high-quality clear silicone caulk.
INSTALLTION COMPLETED Let the glass dry for 24 hours. Do not touch, move, or make wet during these hours.
