Guidelines FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS WHEN IN USE COULD RESULT IN INJURY • Do not stand on the item or use as a step ladder • Do not use this item unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured and fastened. • Check all bolts and screws every 90 days. As necessary tighten if any are loose. • Lift up then move. Pushing over or dragging this product can result in an injury or cause damage to the floor and piece.
WARNING: DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY IN OR AROUND THE UNIT DUE TO THE POSSIBLE RISK OF INJURY. Pre-Assembly Preparation: Please read through this instruction booklet before beginning assembly of this item. Two adults are recommended for assembly. • Clear out the space for assembly and lay out all parts on Parts List, extra room will allow you to easily determine if all the pieces are present. • Save all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding smaller parts or hardware.
Parts List Frame (1) Small Shelf (1) Middle Shelf (1) Large Shelf (1) Handle (6) 6X25mm Bolt (12) 6X35mm Bolt (12) 6X17mm Washer (12) Allen Key 4mm (1) 5
Step 1 1. Remove all parts from the carton and place them on a protected surface or carpet. 2. Check all parts and hardware against the “Parts List.” 3. Open the Frame (A) as shown below. 4. Attach the Handles (E) to the small shelves (B), connecting them by using Bolts (G). Fasten with the Allen Key (I). 5. Repeat these steps to assemble the Handle (E) on the Middle Shelf (C) and the Large Shelf (D).
Step 2 1. Attach the Small Shelf (B) to the Frame (A) by using Bolts (F) and Washers (H). Fasten with the Allen Key (I). 2. Repeat these steps to assemble the Middle Shelf (C) and the Large Shelf (D) to the Frame (A). ATTENTION: Make sure all pieces are fully tightened before using.
Step 3 WE STRONGLEY RECOMEND ATTACHING THIS SHELF TO THE WALL TO PREVENT IT FROM TOPPLING OVER. The wall straps are pre-assembled for this shelf. Assembly Steps to attach the shelf to a wall 1. Use a pencil to mark the fixing positions on the wall. 2. Drill holes and insert the appropriate wall plugs (not provided) into the wall. 3. Place the shelf against the wall; make sure the strap is under the top panel. 4. Secure the wall strap to the wall with the appropriate screws (not provided) for your wall type.
