SLA - Site License Agreement (Electronic Software Download)
All SLAs are supplied electronically. Price per unit.•
The FileMaker Site License Agreement is for a whole company, a group of companies, a university or even a whole county of schools.•
A Site License must be purchased for 100% of the total number of computers or employees in a company (whichever is the lower).•
The customer receives unlimited deployment of FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server and FileMaker Server Advanced.•
1 year maintenance included•
Software CDs/DVDs should be purchased with the initial site license (prices in ‘Media’ table below)•
Current employees (part-time included) and valid contractors are also licensed for home/external use of FileMaker Pro only.•
Additional years of Maintenance can be added with the original order or at any time before the Maintenance expiration date.•
SLA - Site License Agreement - 1 year Maintenance (Electronic Software Download)
All Maintenance are supplied electronically. Maintenance entitles customers to all upgrades during Maintenance period. Price per unit.•
Type 1 : This programme indicates additional years of Maintenance for either new seat purchasers or renewals within current Maintenance period.•
Type 2 : This programme is for customers whose Maintenance has expired or those not on a Maintenance agreement (only for current product version and not available on or after •
announcement of a new version).

All Maintenance are supplied electronically. Maintenance entitles customers to all upgrades during Maintenance period. Price per unit.•
Type 1 : This programme indicates additional years of Maintenance for either new seat purchasers or renewals within current Maintenance period.•
ASLA – Annual Site License Agreement (Electronic Software Download)
All ASLAs are supplied electronically. Price per unit.•
The FileMaker Annual Site License Agreement is for a whole company, a group of companies, a university or even a whole county of schools.•
An Annual Site License must be purchased for 100% of the total number of computers or employees in a company (whichever is lower).•
ASLA is aimed at any organization that may be interested in the SLA but likes the added feature of paying an annual usage fee instead of purchasing outright.•
The customer receives unlimited deployment of FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server and FileMaker Server Advanced during 1 year.•
The customer also receives 12 months Maintenance on all products.•
Software CDs/DVDs should be purchased with the initial site license (prices in ‘Media’ table below)•
