VLA – Volume License Agreement - Education (Electronic Software Download)
1 year maintenance included. Maintenance entitles customers to all upgrades during maintenance period.•
All VLAs are supplied electronically: software, electronic manual, software license and license key for each software title. Price per unit.•
All units qualify for tier pricing, e.g. if a customer buys 13 upgrades and 12 retail, they receive both at the 25-49 tier price (13+12=25).•
FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server and FileMaker Server Advanced VLA products can only be purchased with/after a FileMaker Pro VLA purchase.•
Software CDs/DVDs should be ordered with initial purchase (prices in ‘Media’ table opposite).•
The FileMaker Pro 11 upgrade is available for FileMaker Pro 9 and Pro 10 users. *
The FileMaker Pro 11 Advanced upgrade is available for FileMaker Pro 9 Advanced and Pro 10 Advanced.
The FileMaker Server 11 upgrade is available for FileMaker Server 9, Server 10, FileMaker Server 9 Advanced and 10 Advanced.
The FileMaker Server 11 Advanced upgrade is available for FileMaker Server 9 Advanced, Server 10 Advanced, and Server 11.
Trade-up available for FileMaker Pro 9, Pro 10 and Pro 11 users. **
VLA Additional Seats (Electronic Software Download)
Existing VLA customers are able to purchase less than 5 additional seats (i.e. 1-4). New VLA customers must purchase a
minimum of 5 seats.

Type 2: This programme is for customers whose Maintenance has expired or those not on a Maintenance agreement (only for current product version and not available on or after •
