Error Message Troubleshooting Tip
Sim4100:#19e FYI. Panel Firmware
may be incompatible.
The format of the firmware version information
could not be interpreted correctly. This may mean
that your panel has a firmware version that is not
one that the driver explicitly supports. This does not
mean the driver will not work but if a feature of the
driver isn’t working correctly knowing that the
firmware version is not supported may help
diagnose the problem more easily.
No corrective action is required on your part. If
however, some you suspect that the driver is not
operating correctly it is important that you mention
seeing this message in the Error Buffer when
reporting the problem.

printed. Polling remains inhibited until the
unsolicited message stream end.

When a stream of unsolicited messages is received
from the Simplex panel then polling is inhibited until
the stream ends. When the stream ends this
message is printed. It may be safely ignored.
