Step 6: Pull the Handle into the middle of Base and lock it by the Lock Pin.
Step 7: Install the Wheel Assembly to the Axle using Hex Bolt M12x65 and Nylon
Lock Nut M12. Repeat above procedure for the other side. Note: Keep the valves
outward.
