Step 4: Attach the Handle to the Base using the Socket Head Screw M12x45 and
Nylon Lock Nut M12. Note: Do not over tighten Socket Head Screw M12x45 and
Nylon Lock Nut M12, the Handle should rotate freely.
Step 5: Connect the Handle and the Connect Bar together using Hex Bolt M10x30
and
Nylon Lock Nut M10.
