It is suggested that customers should add TVS (recommended model: ESDH4V5P1/ESD5651N)
to VBAT input to improve the surge protection capability of products.
3.2.2 1.8 V Output
MC610 series modules output 1.8 V voltage through VDD_IO for the use of the internal digital circuit of
the module. The voltage is the logic level voltage of the module, which can be used to indicate the
module to start up, and can also be used for external small current circuit applications. If it is not used, it
can be in suspension. The logic level of VDD_IO is defined as shown in the following table:
