A) Bedienung operation
1. Ein- und Ausschalten durch beleuchteten Hauptschalter. Switching on/off by illuminated main switch.
2. Einstellen der DMX-Adresse durch Pfeiltasten UP/DOWN. Die eingestellte DMX-Adresse (001-512) wird auf dem Display angezeigt; bei
Adresse Null zeigt das Display „---“. Setting of the DMX address by using the UP/DOWN arrow keys. The set DMX address (001-512) is shown on the
display; if address is zero then the display shows “---”.
3. Pfeiltasten gedrückt halten für schnelleren Durchlauf der DMX-Adressen. To move through the DMX addresses more quickly, press and hold
arrow keys.
4. Die neue DMX-Adresse wird nach Loslassen der Taste mit geringer Verzögerung automatisch abgespeichert. Dies wird durch kurzes
Schwarzschalten des Displays angezeigt. The new DMX address is automatically saved with a slight delay after releasing the key. This is indicated by a
short blanking off.
5. Umschalten auf manuelle Bedienung per Drehpotentiometer durch Wechsel zu Adresse Null (Anzeige „---“ im Display).
Switch to manual operation via rotary potentiometer by changing to address zero (display shows “---”).
6. Werden keine DMX-Daten empfangen, wird die Vorgabe durch das Drehpotentiometer verwendet. If no DMX data is received, the setting of
the rotary potentiometer is used.
7. Bei Netz-AUS bleibt die eingestellte DMX-Adresse erhalten und wird bei erneutem Einschalten im Display angezeigt. When the power is
switched off, the set DMX address remains and will be shown on the display if the power is switched on again.
B) Betriebsmodi und Statusanzeige operating modes and status display
1. Das Gerät verfügt über drei Betriebsmodi. Drei LED-Punkte über dem Display dienen als Statusanzeige.
The device has three operating modes. Three LED points above the display serve as a status display.
2. Linker LED-Punkt „DMX Active“ zeigt Empfang gültiger DMX-Daten für die eingestellte Adresse.
The left LED point “DMX Active” shows the receipt of valid DMX Data for the set address.
3. Mittlerer LED-Punkt „Switching Mode“: Ein- und Ausschalten des Verbrauchers. Bei Werten ≥128 ist der Verbraucher AN (100%), bei
Werten <128 ist der Verbraucher AUS (0%). Aktivierung durch Halten beider Tasten während des Betriebs. LED point in the middle “Switching
Mode”: Switching on/off of the consumer. If values are ≥128 the consumer is ON (100%), with values of <128 the consumer is OFF (0%). It is activated by
pressing both keys during operation.
4. Rechter LED-Punkt „Value Mode“ (Debug-Modus) zeigt eingehenden DMX-Wert (000-255) auf der eingestellten Adresse. Aktivierung
durch Halten beider Tasten während des Einschaltens bis Schriftzug „VALUES“ im Display erscheint. Bei Wechsel der Adresse wird diese
bis zur Übernahme angezeigt. Nach kurzem Schwarzschalten wechselt das Display zur Anzeige des DMX-Werts zurück. Werden keine
DMX-Daten empfangen, wird die Vorgabe durch das Drehpotentiometer verwendet. The right LED point “Value Mode” (Debug Mode) shows inco-
ming DMX value (000-255) on the set address. It is activated by pressing both keys during switch on until the term “VALUES” is shown on the display. If the
address is changed it will be shown until receipt. After a short blanking off, the display changes to show the DMX value again. If no DMX data is received,
the setting of the rotary potentiometer is used.
5. Bei Wiedereinschalten startet das Gerät in dem Modus, in dem es vom Netz getrennt wurde – ausgenommen „Value Mode“.
When switched on again, the device starts within the mode used before it was disconnected – except for “Value Mode”.
