When this fault has been eliminated and quitted, the system tries at first to commission the axis
interface string. If this is not possible, the axis interface string will be initialized again.
This procedure can take a certain amount of time (max. 10 seconds), depending on the system
configuration used.
2)
If there is a short circuit at the input, the operating voltage must be switched on again.
