Electrical Sysem
Power Supply Block
FIG. 17: Power Supply Block
Chassis power supply block is located on panel next to
master module. This block receives power (1) from 100
amp circuit breaker in battery box next to master
battery disconnect switch. Power block receives ground
(2) from master battery disconnect switch in battery
box. Purpose of this divider block is to split power and
ground to be used by I/O module and 4-pack relay
module. Power and ground are split to 12 sources.
4-Pack-relay module (3) is located on right side of
interface enclosure under flasher module. Usage is as
follows:
4P1 - Lower Mounted 4-Pack Module
Relay 1 - park Brake ON Ground
Relay 2 - Engine Kill
Relay 3 - B+ Backlight Switches Illumination
Relay 4 - Hazard Key OFF Power
