3.1 Turn on and turn off
 Turn off: Press the rocker switch on the machine to shut down
 Turn on:
1) Press the rocker switch on the machine to start it;
2) Connect to Wifi through touch screen operation;
3) Through the touch screen operation, select the required exercise course and play it.
