Washing flow cell (delivered with the device)
Preparing the post-loading plate
Perform the following steps:
1. Remove the sealing film of the post-loading plate.
2. Add 4 mL of 0.1 M NaOH that is used for washing to well 11 by
using the pipette.

3. Place the prepared post-loading plate close to the device.
