1ST STEP TIME Amount of time used to complete the 1st Step of fastening.
FINAL STEP TIME Amount of time used to complete the Final Step of fastening.
REVERSE PEAK TORQUE Highest torque value measured during reverse operations.
CURRENT Measured current drawn by the servo to perform the final
torque (Ampers).
ZERO Torque Preamplifier Voltage level measured during the Zero
Check function.
CAL Torque Preamplifier Voltage level measured during the last
Calibration Check function.
DUTY CYCLE RATIO % Spindle Rotation Time divided by Total Cycle Time x 100 =
Duty Cycle Ratio %
SPINDLE STATUS Result of fastening: ACCEPT = ACC
REJECT = REJ
ABNORMAL = ABN
EM STOP = STOP
RETRY Spindle status identification for a retry during the fastening
cycle. Example: (R ACC) = Retry with final accept.
TIME The clock time the fastening finished
