2.7.1.2PrintingReports
Once a report has been generated, the results can be printed from the File ⇨ Print menu or by pressing                   
CtrlP.

Whenprintingabasicreport,thePrintReportdialogappears,whichallowscontrolofthedataprinted:

When printing a usage graph, a normal Windows print dialog appears since there are no additional               
configurableparameters,thegraphwillbeprintedasdisplayedintheReportwindow.




2.7.2BasicReporting
There are five builtin reports that will return information about the faxes that went through the fax                
server during the specified time period. Click the Date Range dropdown to change the time period               
reported.

● Simple:Listsallfaxessentandreceived,butonlydisplaysbasicinformationaboutthem.
● Everything:Listsallfaxessentandreceived,andallinformationaboutthem.
● SentFaxes:Listsallinformationaboutfaxessent.
● Received:Listsallinformationaboutfaxesreceived.
● Errors:Listsallsentandreceivedfaxesthatfailed.


The table can be sorted by clicking on the column header. Drag a column header to the gray bar at                   
thetopofthetabletogrouptheresultsbythatcolumn’svalue.
