2.9.5.2POP3AddressFormat
The general address format for use with the POP3 email gateway is 'faxnumber' <faxmailbox@domain>.             
For example, to send to (503) 5550123 if the POP3 gateway’s mailbox is [e-mail], the email               
addresswouldbe'5035550123'<[e-mail]>.

It is also possible to add a “display name” to put on the cover sheet. The display name is included before                    
the fax number, separated from the number by a space. For example 'Anne Anderson 5035550123'              
<[e-mail]>.


2.9.5.3AdditionalEmailFlags
These flags can be included in the email address to control certain functionality. The flags are appended                
to the end of the fax number. For example, the format for SMTP is             
5035550123^COMPANY=FaxBack^[e-mail], and the format for POP3 is      
'5035550123^COMPANY=FaxBack^NOCOVER'<[e-mail]>.



2.9.6UserAuthentication
By default, user authentication is done by matching the sender’s email address (“From”) with a              
routingaddressoranemailaliasofauserinthefaxserver’suserlist.

2.9.6.1AuthenticationinEmailSubject
In addition to using the sender’s email address for authentication, it is possible to require the user to                 
type their password into the subject line of the email. To enable subject authentication, add a new XML                 
tag:

