API: Enables use of any of FaxBack’s Application Programming Interface, used
for custom software integration.
PCL: Not used.
ConsensualFax: Enables use with the FaxBack Fax-on-Demand IVR product
with the Consensual Fax module.
IPFax: Enables use of the IPFax Voice over IP driver.
1.9 Software Updates
A current support agreement also comes with free updates. You can download
any supported version of NET SatisFAXtion from our web site:

1.10 Installation & Upgrade Guides
Detailed installation and upgrade guides can be found in the NET SatisFAX-
tion CD Image directory, created when you run the downloaded NS87Down-
load.exe. Look for these two files:

Also on our web site there are guides to installing and configuring NET Satis-
FAXtion with AudioCodes MediaPack hardware, NET SatisFAXtion with Brook-

1.11 Compatibility List
Please note that not all fax hardware is supported on 64-bit platforms.
1.11.1 VoIP Media Gateways
These devices are supported on both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.
1.11.1.1 AudioCodes MediaPack series
AudioCodes MediaPack MP114: 4-port FXO, 4-port FXS*, or mixed. External
gateway.
AudioCodes MediaPack MP118: 8-port FXO, 8-port FXS*, or mixed. External
gateway.
* FXS ports are normally used for DID (WinkStart) trunks only.
