Check the following:
• NET SatisFAXtion service is loaded
• If installing the email gateway on a machine other than the fax server, test that you can get to the URL from a web
browser (i.e. http://YOURFAXSERVER/casdrive.api )
2.2 - Logging
To see the gateway logs, you can right click the Gateway loader icon in the system tray and select workow manager, or select
Monitor Workows from the start menu (NET SatisFAXtion program group)
To view the logs, click on the Log tab
