IBR’sinternalHTTPbrowser‐basedGUIprovidesaneasyalternatewaytomonitorandcontrolIBR.A

3.3 CommandLineInterface(“CLI”)
WhenanoperatorlogsontoIBR,CLIwillbelaunchedinUserMode(i.e.,startupmode),whichprovides
minimalfunctionality.
CLIissupportedontheserialinterfaceandviaTelnetorSSHconnectionsthroughtheEthernet
interface.
CLIusesamixofIOSsyntax.
Accesstothefullfunctionalitymode(i.e.,“Privileged”mode)canbecontrolledbypassword.

3.4 AccessControl–Factory‐SetUserNames&Passwords
IBRcanbeconfiguredtorequireavaliduserIDandpasswordforaccess.Twolevelsofaccesscanbe
established:minimumfunctionalityandfullfunctionality.DetailedinstructionsforcontrollingaccesstoIBR
arecontainedintheCLIGuide.
WhenCLIislaunchedandthe“username”dialogboxappears,theusermustenteravalidusernameand
password.Factory‐setusernamesarefbnandadmin(eithercanbeused)andthefactory‐setpassword
