L' unita' base e' l' oncia fluida Y = 29.58 cc o il sistema ibrido Y = 31.23 cc.

Porre il pannello superiore (1) nella corretta posizione di assemblaggio. Assemblare utilizzando le viti tipo “C”. Montare alle fiancate (2) e (3) il pannello posteriore (4) e il tirante (8) utilizzando viti tipo “B”.
Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 4- COLLEGAMENTO DEL COMPUTER 1) 2) 3) 4) Inserire la CPU sul ripiano intermedio e fare uscire i cavi dai fori posti sulla struttura. Appoggiare il monitor al piano d' appoggio superiore. Appoggiare la tastiera incastrando i piedini della tastiera stessa negli appositi alloggiamenti. Collegare monitor e tastiera alla CPU come nello (SCHEMA 3) SCHEMA 3 5.- CONTROLLO Azionare l' interruttore principale (1) (SCHEMA 4).

Durante questa fase, la piastra dei contenitori deve venire ruotata in tutte le posizioni fino a quella iniziale. Non appena il tempo impostato sara' scaduto, l' apparecchio si interrompera' automaticamente. In caso di un qualsiasi disturbo, estrarre la spina dalla presa di corrente e richiedere l' intervento di un tecnico. SCHEMA 4 6.
Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation SCHEMA 6 Mettere in funzione l' apparecchio (agitatore elettrico) mediante l' azionamento dell' interruttore principale e del timer. 7.-COLLAUDO Regolare le astine (1) e (2) della pompa di dosaggio, al valore massimo ed azionare , i pistoni corrispondenti (ROSSO e NERO) su e giu’ in modo normale ma con la valvola di ditribuzione chiusa. Accertarsi che con gli ultimi movimenti della pompa non si sia verificato alcun gorgogliamento nel contenitore.
Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 8.- ELIMINAZIONE DELL' ARIA Regolare l' astina della pompa nera sul valore 3Y (2) e l' astina della pompa rossa sul valore 19 (1) (SCHEMA 8). Aspirare il prodotto mediante sollevamento dei pistoni (3). Aprire la valvola (SCHEMA 9), estrarre il prodotto e versarlo in un recipiente vuoto, appositamente preparato, mediante spinta del pistone fino alla posizione inferiore finale. Riportare le astine sul valore "O".

Idenificare la misura del barattolo per la corretta quantita' e mettere il barattolo del colorante base aperto sul ripiano direttamente sotto l' ugello della valvola. In accordo con la quantita' richiesta regolare i calibri sul valore corretto bloccando la manopola.
Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation - Verificare che dalla valvola e dal canestro non ci siano perdite, se richiesto sostituire l' "O" Ring smontando la valvola come indicato nello (SCHEMA 9). Quando il canestro viene svuotato per la pulitura e la manutenzione e' necessario ripetere il processo di "Preparazione Dispenser". 11.- PULIZIA DEI CONTENITORI d) e) f) Estrarre dai contenitori tutta la vernice.

Togliere la guarnizione usurata (tutti i quattro pezzi) senza danneggiare il pistone. Lavare ed asciugare molto accuratamente le guarnizioni. Lubrificare leggermente il pistone (il lubrificante dovrebbe essere compatibile con la vernice). Rimontare le guarnizioni (SCHEMA 11) Durante questa fase di rimontaggio, procedere sempre con molta attenzione.

Assemble using screws type “C”. Assemble on the sides (2) and (3) the back panel (4) using screws type “B”. Assemble the guide (5) and (6) with the angulars (7) on the side (2) using screws type “D”.

Set the timer (2) with a time of about 5 minutes and check that the machine works correctly. During this phase the turning table has to be rotated in all position, until it returns to the starting point. When the set time is over, the device will automatically stop.

Verify that with the last movements of the pump in the container no bubbling takes place, Otherwise, continue operating the pistons untill the bubbling desappears.

Open the valve tap (DIAGRAM 9)push the pistons down to the bottom position forcing the colourant out of the pump and into an empty container placed under the tap. Bring the rods back to value "O". Repeat the same operation with all containers.

Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation 11.- CONTAINER CLEANING d) e) f) Extract all paint from the containers Put inside about 1 liter water and let operate for about 15 minutes together with the simultaneous action of the stirrers Empty completely the containers operating the pumps : in this way it is possible to clean the containers, the pistons and the valve.

If necessary substitute it If the switch returns automatically to position "O" try to operate it after few minutes : if the problem continues , ask for the intervention of a technician.

During any maintenance operation or by any intervention on the machine , the electrical plug must absolutely be extracted from the socket. Before starting the machine with the timer, verify that all covers of the containers have been correctly blocked. Assembler en utilisant les vis type “C”. Sur les joues (2) et (3) monter le panneau postérieur (4) et le tirant (8) en utilisant des vis type “B”. Prémonter les guides (5) et (6) avec les angles (7) sur la joue (2) en utilisant des vis type “D“.

Régler le timer (2) sur une durée de environ 5 minutes et vérifier si la machine travaille correctement. Pendant cette phase, la plaque des conteneurs doit être tournée dans toutes les positions jusqu'à celle initiale. A la fin du temps sélectionné, l'appareil va s'interrompre automatiquement.
Fast & Fluid Management Srl A Unit of IDEX Corporation SCHÉMA 6 Mettre l'appareil (agitateur électrique) en fonction en agissant sur l'interrupteur principal et le timer. 7.- ESSAI Régler les tiges (1) et (2) de la pompe de dosage sur la valeur maximale et actionner les relatifs pistons (ROUGE et NOIR) (3) de façon régulière, mais avec le soupape de distribution fermé. Vérifier que pendant les derniers mouvements de la pompe il n'a pas eu lieu aucun bouillonnement dans le conteneur.

Aspirer le produit au moyen du soulèvement des pistons (3). Ouvrir le soupape (SCHÉMA 9), extraire le produit et le verser dans un récipient vide, expressement préparé, par poussée du piston jusqu'à la position inférieure finale. Rémettre les tiges sur la valeur "O".

Identifier la mesure du pôt pour la correcte quantité et placer le pôt du colorant de base ouvert sur le rayon, directement sous la buse du soupape. Selon la quantité nécessaire, régler les calibres sur la valeur correcte en bloquant la poignée.

Quand le panier vient vidé pour le nettoyage et l'entretien il faut répéter le processus de "Préparation Dispenser". NETTOYAGE DES CONTENEURS d) e) f) Extraire toute la vernis des conteneurs.

Si le même problème se répète, demander l'intervention d'un technicien. En cas de déperditions de la pompe, remplacer les garnitures (chaque machine fournie è complète avec une garniture de réchange).

L' emission de bruit relative à la station de travail est au-dessous de 70 dB. 14.- PROBLEMES ET POSSIBLES SOLUTIONS - Pendant les opérations de dosage le colorant sort à giclées. >> Vérifier la quantité de colorant dans le panier.
