L' unita' base e' l' oncia fluida Y = 29.58 cc o il sistema ibrido Y = 31.23 cc.

Orientare il ripiano di fondo (1) in modo corretto, facendo risultare i fori per il fissaggio sul lato anteriore e posteriore della macchina . (SCHEMA 2 ). Fissarlo con le apposite viti "tipo C". (SCHEMA 2). Inserire il ripiano intermedio (1).

Si accendera' la luce verde (3): questo significa che l' alimentazione elettrica avviene correttamente. Regolare il timer (2) su un tempo di circa 5 minuti e controllare se la macchina lavora correttamente.

Durante questa fase occorre prestare particolare attenzione affinche' ne' le parti esterne della macchina, ne' gli alberi dei meccanismi di agitazione (SCHEMA 5) si sporchino. SCHEMA 5 Apporre i coperchi (1) sui contenitori (2).
Fast & Fluid Management A Unit of IDEX Corporation ________________________________________________________________________________ SCHEMA 6 Mettere in funzione l' apparecchio (agitatore elettrico) mediante l' azionamento dell' interruttore principale e del timer. 7.- COLLAUDO Regolare le astine (1) e (2) della pompa di dosaggio, al valore massimo ed azionare in modo regolare per 10 volte, con la valvola di svuotamento chiusa, i pistoni corrispondenti (ROSSO e NERO).

Aspirare il prodotto mediante sollevamento dei pistoni (3). Aprire la valvola (SCHEMA 9), estrarre il prodotto e versarlo in un recipiente vuoto, appositamente preparato, mediante spinta del pistone fino alla posizione inferiore finale.

Nota: Il riduttore che e' stato montato sulla tavola rotante e tutti gli altri organi NON richiedono ALCUNA lubrificazione, essendo lubrificati a vita. Per avere buone prestazioni dal dispenser manuale Giotto si raccomanda di seguire scrupolosamente le seguenti procedure.

Eventualmente, provvedere alla sua sostituzione.

In caso di qualsiasi lavoro di manutenzione o di qualsiasi altro intervento sulla macchina, la spina deve venire assolutamente estratta dalla presa di corrente.

Put the base shelf (1) in the correct position with the fixing holes on the front and back sides. (DIAGRAM 2 ). Fix it with the screws "type C" (DIAGRAM 2). Insert the intermediate shelf (1). Fix it on the holes of the side panels (2) and (3) using screws"type B", and nut.(DIAGRAM 1).

The green led (3) will light : this means that the electrical supply is connected. Set the timer (2) with a time of about 5 minutes and check that the machine works correctly. During this phase the turning table has to be rotated in all position, until it returns to the starting point.

During this phase pay particular attention, not to dirty the stirring shaft and the external parts of the machine. (DIAGRAM 5).

Repeat the same operation with all containers. DIAGRAM 8 It is advisable to top up the containers before the paint level reaches the minimum suggested level (about 1/4 of the container capacity). Identify the can size for the correct quantity and place the open can of base paint on the shelf directly under the nozzle of the valve.

In order to have a costantly good performance of Giotto manual dispenser the following procedure are daily recomanded. Check the quantity of colourant : mantain at least 2 litres of colourant in the canister.

Start the machine following the instructions contained in " LOADING AND WORKING" (Page 7) 12.- NOTES If when starting the device through the rotation of the main switch to position "1" the green led doesn't light, extract the electrical plug from the socket tap and control the lamp.

During any maintenance operation or by any intervention on the machine , the electrical plug must absolutely be extracted from the socket. Before starting the machine with the timer, verify that all covers of the containers have been correctly blocked.

Orienter la surface de fond (1) de façon correcte, en faisant résulter les trous pour le fixage sur la cöté antérieure et postérieure de la machine. (SCHÉMA 2 ). Fixer-le avec les relatives vis "type C". (SCHÉMA 2). Insérer le rayon moyen (1).

La lumière verte (3) va s'allumer: ce signifie que l'alimentation électrique est correcte. Régler le timer (2) sur une durée de environ 5 minutes et vérifier si la machine travaille correctement. Pendant cette phase, la plaque des conteneurs doit être tournée dans toutes les positions jusqu'à celle initiale.

Pendant cette phase il faut faire particulaire attention pour ne pas salir ni les parties extérieures de la machine, ni les arbres des mécanismes d'agitation (SCHÉMA 5). SCHÉMA 5 Placer les couvercles (1) sur les conteneurs (2).
Fast & Fluid Management A Unit of IDEX Corporation ________________________________________________________________________________ SCHÈMA 6 Mettre l'appareil (agitateur électrique) en fonction en agissant sur l'interrupteur principal et le timer. 7.- ESSAI Régler les tiges (1) et (2) de la pompe de dosage à la valeur maximale et actionner de façon régulière pour 10 fois les relatifs pistons (ROUGE et NOIR) avec le soupape de désamorcement fermé.

Rémettre les tiges sur la valeur "O". Répéter la même opération avec tous les conteneurs.

Note: Le réducteur qu'on a monté sur la table tournante et tous les autres organes ne demandent AUCUNE lubrification, car il sont lubrifiés à vie.

Si nécessair, la remplacer .

Avant de n'importe quel travail d'entretien ou intervention sur la machine, extraire toujours la fiche de la prise de courant.
