Trascorsi 5 secondi la velocità del cestello aumenta fino a regime A tempo scaduto la velocità di rotazione diminuisce Dopo la fase di decelerazione la macchina si ferma (fase di fermata con posizionamento a zero del cestello). A cestello bloccato i due piatti si aprono ad è possibile estrarre il barattolo e ripetere l’operazione.

After 5 seconds the velocity of the can increases until it reaches the desired mixing velocity. When the set time is expired the rotation velocity decreases After the deceleration phase the machine stops. When the stirring cycle is finished and the can is motionless the two plates open and it is now possible to extract the can. N.B.

Nach 5 Sekunden wird die Geschwindigkeit des Korbs bis zum Sollwert erhöht Nach Ablauf der Zeit vermindert sich die Drehgeschwindigkeit. Nach der Geschwindigkeitsverminderung hält die Maschine an (Standphase mit Nulleinstellung des Korbs).

Empfohlene Schmiermittel Für offene Zahnräder allgemeine gelbe klebrige Schmiere, Klasse N.G.L.I. 2 verwenden. Vorbereitung der Maschine (erster Schritt) Maschine mit geschlossener Tür/Rollladen einschalten. Scheiben des Korbs vollkommen schließen. Tür/Rollladen öffnen und Maschine ausschalten. Mit einem Lappen altes Schmiermittel und eventuelle Lackreste entfernen.

Alternativvorgang: Es kann auch dickflüssige und klebrige Schmiere aus Sprühdosen verwendet werden. Reinigung und Schmierung des Kronrads Vorbereitung der Maschine Reinigung des Kronrads Fetten des Kronrads Tür/Rollladen schließen und Maschine einstellen. Schmiere mit einem Pinsel auf das Kronrad auftragen.

Schmierung der konischen Dreiergruppe Scheiben des Korbs vollkommen öffnen. Mit einem festen Schraubenschlüssel (8mm) Schrauben der Schutzabdeckung vor der konischen Dreiergruppe entfernen. Türchen öffnen und Maschine ausschalten. Alte Schmiere mit einem Lappen entfernen.

Eine dünne Fettschicht mit einem Pinsel auf die Führungsschienen des Rollgestells auftragen. Rollgestell verschieben und Vorgang auf den zuvor verdeckten Teilen ausführen.
