Resolving a Card Jam (Encoder) Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure
1 Review the following information.
Symptom: A card has become jammed in the Printer’s Encoding station.
Printer Error State: A card has become jammed in the Printer’s
Encoding station.
LCD Error Display: Card Jam (Encoder)
Driver Monitor Error Display: Card Jam (Encoder)
