Falmec Spa declines all responsibility for any inaccuracies contained in this price list that are due to textual and copying errors. This price-list supersedes and
replaces all previous ones. Falmec Spa hereby reserves the right to change the prices of this list at any moment in relation to cost increases of raw materials
or/and any further reason. Falmec Spa hereby reserves the right to make - at any moment and without prior notice - all the technical, aesthetic and functional
alterations to the products that it believes necessary for their improvement.
GENERAL TERMS OF SALE AND GUARANTEE
Guarantee: Falmec Spa guarantees its products for a period of 12 months starting from the date of delivery, exception made for the products for which different
conditions are agreed upon on order. The guarantee doesn’t cover the damages caused by wrong or incorrect maintenance, by improper use of the products,
by fault or malice or by force majeure. The wooden components or details of any product indicated in the price list, in particular as regards vein, cut, porosity,
polishing, are not covered by the guarantee either. The products which where not assembled by Falmec Spa are not guaranteed.
