Falcon T-series locks feature our high performance compression springs. This newly designed spring far exceeds ANSI/BHMA
requirements for cycle tests, and ensures the most robust support for levers. Unlike typical torsion springs that can break at the
bend points, this new design will provide years of reliable service even in high-use applications. A retrot kit is available to outt
your existing T-series locks with this new, more robust spring design.
Machined steel lever spindle carries high levels
of torque and shear. This spindle is re-used when
upgrading existing locks to the new design.
Heavy-duty case zinc rose insert accommodates
the new style spring. This insert is replaced when
upgrading to the new design.
Stainless steel compression springs replace steel
torsion springs, providing the most reliable and
robust method of supporting levers.
New stamped steel torque plates hold the
springs in place and transfer the spring
energy to the spindle and lever assembly.
New retaining ring holds
the assembly together.
