Important Safeguards When use electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should

always be followed, including the following:

• This appliance is intended for cutting body hair in nose and ears

as well as sideburns and the neckline. Please use this appliance

for its intended use only.

• It is intended for home use and not suitable for commercial

purposes (in barbers etc.).

• Do not use the trimmer on children. Keep the unit out of children’s

reach.

• Keep packing material away from children.

• Batteries can be highly threatening if swallowed. Therefore, keep

battery and trimmer out of children’s reach. If a battery has been

swallowed seek medical advice immediately.

• Do not insert the trimmer more than 0.5 cm into ear or nostril as

you could injure your eardrum or the mucous membrane in your

nose.

• Before using the trimmer, make sure the cutting head or detail

attachment is securely fitted.

• The battery supplied with the trimmer must not be recharged or

reactivated by other means, take apart, thrown into fire or

short-circuited.

• When cleaning the unit, make sure the battery cover is firmly

closed.

• Switch the unit off after use, return the cutting head to the trimmer

(if removed), and fit the protective cap.

• Remove a spent battery from the unit straight away as it could

leak and cause damage.

• Do not operate appliance if it is damaged in any manner. Call an

authorized Fakir Service for information on examination, repair,

or adjustment.
