Maintenance Options
STEPS
1. Left-click or point to the Configure button, then left-click the Backup or
Restore button to access the data folders.
2a. For
Backup, enter a unique backup file name, and then left-click .
2b. For Restore, highlight the desired backup file, and then left- click
to replace the current database with the backup.
FIELD DESCRIPTION
Maintenance

Backup
Backs up the entire DataBank database to a folder, saving it for possible
later restoration.
• Restore
Restores the database to a previous backup.
