Section 4: Configuring Databank
OPENING DATABANK
8. Power-up the equipment.
9. Push the button on the keyboard.
10. Maximize the DataBank Program by left-clicking on its icon in the Task Bar
(bottom of the screen).
11. Enter the Employee ID and Password.
─ This information is set up by the Administrative
Staff, and is given to each employee individually.

EDIT MENU
The DataBank Program uses numerous menus to configure the functions and
options. Left-click on the Edit button to access the different menus.
• Products – The main window is used to enter each Product into the system.
• Distributors – Used to enter new distributors, and edit them as needed.
• Manufacturers – Used to enter new manufacturers, and edit them as
needed.
• Hot Keys – Sets up a two-key
code to accessing a product
quickly.
• Security – Assigns the amount
of functionality to the level of
authority.
• Operators – Used to enter each
Operator’s Profile.
• Remove Production –
Removes a specific case, or pallet
of cases from the production
database.
