40 = Gross lb, oz, lb-oz, ton, or gallons
41 = Net lb, oz, lb-oz, or ton
43 = Gross kg or grams
44 = Net kg, grams, or gallons
 Underload condition data stops transmitting.
 Overload condition data is transmitted as the id followed by dashes.
 Leading zeros are suppressed.
