CAST ALUMINUM COOKWARE Prior to using Fagor’s Cast Aluminum Cookware for the first time, please read these instructions carefully. Before First Use: • Before using for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water, dry thoroughly, and coat with a thin layer of oil (vegetable, canola, olive). • Read the safety instructions found in this manual. Everyday Use: • This cookware is compatible with gas, electric, radiant and induction cooktops. • Do not use it directly on a coal barbecue or on a wood fire.
ENGLISH CAST ALUMINUM COOKWARE Using the cookware in the oven: • The 17.5” Griddle (item number 670040280) and the 23.5” Griddle (item number 670040290) are oven-safe up to 500ºF. • The rest of the line, including the 10.5” Square Grill (item number 670040260), the 10.5” Square Griddle (item number 670040270), the 9.5” Skillet (item number 670040300) and the 11” Skillet (item number 670040310) are oven-safe up to 340º F.
CAST ALUMINUM COOKWARE Certain models of the Fagor Cast Aluminum line such as the square grill, square griddle and the round skillets, feature a removable handle. To remove handle (Fig.1): Fig. 1: View from the top of the pan. Removing the handle. Hold the handle with one hand and twist counterclockwise the black end tip of the handle with the other hand.

Slide the protruding rectangular metal end of the handle into the notch on the end of the body of your piece of cookware. Hold the handle in place and twist clockwise the black end of the tip of the handle until the handle is securely fastened. Make sure the handle fits tightly.

LÍNEA DE ALUMINIO FUNDIDO Instrucciones De Uso Y Mantenimiento ESPAÑOL Antes de utilizar cualquier unidad de la línea de Aluminio de Fundición de Fagor por primera vez, por favor lea detenidamente las siguientes instrucciones: Antes del primer uso: • Antes de usarla por primera vez, lavar en agua caliente y jabón líquido, secar a fondo, y aplicar una ligera capa de aceite (vegetal, canola, de oliva…). • Leer las instrucciones de seguridad que se encuentran en este manual.
LÍNEA DE ALUMINIO FUNDIDO Uso de las unidades en el horno: • La Plancha de 17.5 pulgadas (código de artículo 670040280) y la de 23.5 pulgadas (código de artículo 670040290) pueden utilizarse en el horno hasta 500º F. Limpieza y almacenaje: • Aunque esta unidad se puede lavar en el lavavajillas, recomendamos que la lave a mano con agua y jabón líquido. Evitando los lavavajillas, los estropajos y los productos abrasivos se prolongará la vida del recubrimiento antiadherente.
LÍNEA DE ALUMINIO FUNDIDO Uso De Los Mangos Desmontables: Algunos modelos de la Línea de Aluminio de Fundición de Fagor, como la parrilla cuadrada, la plancha cuadrada y las sartenes redondas presentan un mango desmontable. ESPAÑOL Para desmontar el mango (ver Fig. 1): Fig. 1: Vista desde arriba. Desmontar el mango. Sujete el mango con una mano y con la otra mano gire la punta del mango en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
LÍNEA DE ALUMINIO FUNDIDO Para volver a colocar el mango (ver Fig.2): ESPAÑOL Fig. 2: Vista desde abajo. Volver a colocar el mango. Deslice el extremo rectangular saliente del mango dentro de la hendidura situada en el final del cuerpo de su utensilio. Sujete el mango en su lugar correcto, y gire la punta negra del mango en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta que el mango esté sujeta de forma segura. Asegúrese de que el mango se ajusta correctamente.
