How do I know when my order is back-ordered?
• A back order occurs when an item, or items, are out-of-stock in the warehouse(s) and will be shipped on a future date.
• Orders that are in-stock and can ship within 21 days of the requested ship date: Dealers are not notied, instead, we ask that they use the
Dealer Portal to gain visibility, available 24/7.
• Orders that are out-of-stock, and cannot be shipped within 21 days of the requested ship date: Dealers are notied via email, and are offered
alternatives within the email. We ask dealers to reply to the notication email if they wish to make any changes or cancel.
Can I split-ship my order even though my account is set-up to ship complete?
• Upon submitting your dealer application, you were asked how you prefer to handle shipping. If you indicated “ship-ahead,” we will ship in-stock
items within 2-5 business days and ship the out-of-stock item(s) once available.
• If you indicated “ship-complete”, we hold the entire order and ship it once all items are in-stock.
• Exceptions can be made, but we ask an email be sent to ecrcs@ecr4kids.com, specically requesting the order be split-shipped. Note, incre-
mental freight costs may apply when shipping LTL. Freight rates should not be impacted when orders ship via parcel carrier (UPS/FedEx).
What are the top reasons orders are placed on hold?
• Purchase orders without unique IDs, correct (and current) price, ship-to address, shipping method, item IDs (ECR4Kids item numbers), and
correct unit of measures, will not be processed. Instead, they will be placed on-hold and our order entry department will reach out for assistance.
How long can manual orders be placed on-hold / open in ECR4Kids system?
• After receiving your order, it will be entered same day, provided they are received before 12 PM (Pacic Time), Orders received after 12 PM will be
entered the next business day.
• Orders with any issues must be resolved within ve business days. If not, they will be placed on-hold and potentially cancelled at the end of the
fth business day.
Is there a form I can sign so my orders are not placed-on-hold for pricing?
• Yes! We offer a Purchase Order Variance (POV) form which you can sign & return to ecrcs@ecr4kids.com or on your nightly DSR.
• Signing the form authorizes ECR4Kids to ignore any purchase price errors/omissions on our Purchase Orders and acknowledge and accept
that ECR4Kids will invoice in accordance with the agreed upon purchase price provided in the 2017 Price List and/or as documented on any
ECR4Kids Contract Pricing we may have been afforded.
How do I get tracking status for an order?
• Order status can be checked on the ECR4Kids dealer portal at: http://www.ecr4kids.com/Login.aspx.
• In addition to seeing the tracking status, you can view invoices and get freight quotes.
Can I make changes (or cancel) my order(s) over the phone?
• No, we do not make changes over the phone, but kindly ask all purchase order adjustments/cancellations be sent to ecrcs@ecr4kids.com.
Where can I obtain a 2017 catalog?
• All requests for catalogs should be sent to sales@ecr4kids.com.
