What are the most common reasons table orders are placed on-hold?
• Many table orders are not processed because they are missing either one or more of the following: table top color, edge banding, leg color
and leg glide style.
• A common example is: ELR-14201-GYBK-Black legs. Although it mentions black legs, we still need to know the glide style. A valid example,
with all necessary information is: ELR-14201-GYBKBKSS (for standard swivel glide).
What is the difference between ball glides and swivel glides?
• Swivel glides are ideal for hard oors, may not be suited for all carpet types. Glides self-level to create an even workspace.
• Ball glides are ideal for carpeted oors, may not be suited for all hard oor surfaces.
What is a broken carton fee and when does it apply?
• If a purchase order lists an invalid quantity for ECR4Kids School Stack chairs or Contour chairs our order entry department will reach out and
ask the referenced quantity be updated, or the broken carton fee be approved.
• The broken carton fee is $20.00 per broken carton. Only applicable for ECR4Kids School Stack chairs and Contour chairs.
