Seal the wall around the nipple with waterproof sealant. Failure to seal the wall can lead to possible water damage. Wrap the threads on the nipple with Teflon tape (1). Push the support element over the nipple. Install the elbow (2). 1 Snap the cover into place over the nipple and support element (3).
