FOLD AND UNFOLD THE STOCK (ON THE STF 12 OR COMPACT
VERSIONS)
The folding stock is designed to enable the user to fold or unfold the stock as he
wishes, for firing, handling and loading or storage. The FABARM folding stock
can be used for firing the weapon with the stock folded, but without it covering

the weapon can be fired with the stock folded away or unfolded.

2. Press the pushbutton on the left-hand side of the stock (fig.37).
3. Push the stock while turning it to the right of the frame (fig.38).
4. Accompany the stock with your hand, press it firmly to lock olive A-106
on the right side of the stock on the A-118 pin which is on the right side
of the frame (fig.39).
5. To unfold the stock, hold it by the end (recoil pad side) and with a firm
action, detach it from the attaching pin A-118 (fig.40).
6. Push the stock home by turning it to the left until it locks on its own in the
unfolded position. Check that the pushbutton is properly engaged (fig.41).
CHANGING THE SHOTGUN CONFIGURATION (type of stocks)
The STF 12 shotgun can be used with various stocks or pistol grip
configurations. If you want to remove the folding stock (STF 12 COMPACT
version) to fit it with a fixed stock (STF 12 PISTOLGRIP version) or a grip (STF
12 SHORT version) in addition to changing the stock, you have to remove the
attaching pin from the right side of the frame.
1. Using an appropriate wrench, loosen the attaching pin A-118 (fig.42).
2. In its place, insert a screw A-141 using a suitable Allen key (fig.43).
