Anti-crush spacers need to be installed inside the frame rail after the drilling
operation. To get them into place, the OEM anti-crush spacers need to be
removed. Use a large screwdriver to pry the anti-crush spacer out of the front
of the frame rail; it is not necessary to completely remove it from frame. (see
image above)

Pry the lower tab of the OEM anti crush spacer upward with a large flathead
screwdriver to allow it to rotate forward out of the frame rail. It is not
necessary to completely remove the spacer.

With the OEM spacer pulled up, insert the provided anti crush spacer into the
frame rail and align it with the holes previously drilled. The spacer should
form a box around the two hole pattern.

Push the OEM anti-crush spacer back into the frame rail so it lines back up
with the OEM bumper mounting holes.
