Chevy Winch Bumper

V. Bumper Installation



Optional: If installing winch and roller fairlead into bumper, do it at this

time, following manufacturer’s installation procedure.



A) Install mounting brackets onto vehicle frame rails as shown using

provided bolts, lock washers and washers, as well as the OEM

hardware in the upper hole. Do not tighten fasteners completely at

this time. Repeat for other side.

B) With the aid of a lifting device or helpers, carefully lift bumper up to

the previously installed mounts. Insert provided bolts strips from

inside the bumper’s mounting towers and through to the mounts, using

flat washers, lock washers, and hex nuts on the other end. Tighten all

fasteners to finger tight until final alignment is finished.
