12. This guarantee does not apply if the bicycle is not correctly assembled, repaired by someone other than an
approved eZee dealer, and/or if the bicycle has not been supplied with the original parts.
13. Battery warranty claims must be tested with eZee authorized equipment. 1 year 70% DOD for Sanyo Li+
batteries. 6 months 80% DOD for Phylion Li+ and NiMH batteries
13. eZee exclusively makes the decision whether or not this guarantee applies.
